Firestone Complete Auto Care

This visit was a follow up visit. On a previous visit, I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that my rear tire tread was low, so I had them order two tires and scheduled the install for the following weekend. When picking up the car I was told something that didn't make sense about hub-centric rings because the wheels are factory. I brought the car back because Carl (store Manager) didn't understand the notes either but wasn't there that day. When I brought it in and he looked at it, he found the issue described and was able to have it fixed that day!! The car has driven absolutely amazing since the non-essential hub-centric rings - that had failed - were removed and the correct bolts installed.

Great care was given to my car so everything was done correctly. I received my car as was promised and Carl the service manager explained everything to me in detail which I like. He was very kind as I asked questions and made me feel appreciated.

Excellent experience. Carl clearly and thoroughly explained my issue and his recommendations for fixing my problem. He provided an accurate up-front financial estimate. He met the time estimate for completion, let me know via voicemail when the work was completed, and he even made a second call to ensure I had received the first voicemail. I’m extremely impressed and I’ll be using this Firestone location for all of my future repair and maintenance needs.

UPDATE 6/22/26: Just wanted to update anyone thinking of using this local store. I contacted the email from the reply to this review and they assured me a local area manager would follow up with me to make it right....After three follow up emails still nothing. Just goes to show these local firestone stores are a joke and they have zero communication. Please avoid at all costs Called up there earlier today to see if they could mount and balance 4 tires for my camper. They said sure bring them in. I brought them in and agreed to the price. Drove home them was told actually we cant since its a camper tire and his machine couldn't do it. If the service advisor would have take just one min to ask a few questions for even look at the tires would have saved me 2 hours of wasted time. Won't be using them again.

Took my truck in for tire rotation. Ended up getting whole front brake job done, and a tire fixed and one replaced. Took my truck in for tire rotation and had to get whole front end brake job done and a new tire and a tire repaired. I told Eric that I would have to miss work the next day if he couldn’t get my truck done that day . He told me up front that it would be tough, but he would do his best to make it happen. Long story short, Eric and his team got the job done and I picked up my truck at 6:45 pm that evening. Job well done by Eric and the guys. I appreciate the effort they exhibited by getting the job done that afternoon.Thank you Firestone, you have an excellent crew there at the Edinburgh Commons Store!
